TERMS OF SERVICE - PLEASE READ BEFORE CONTINUING:         Purchaser accepts that this web site allows anyone  to sign up as a recruiter/employer to receive resumes  through our distribution service. In some cases,  marketing companies, get rich quick schemes, and   other job sites may pose as a recruiter/employer on  our resume distribution list with the intent of   spamming (sending junk mail to) the purchaser   (job seeker). This web site has a zero tolerance   policy regarding this type of abuse and invites job   seekers to report all such incidents so that the   offending parties can be investigated and removed from   our distribution list. Although we believe that such   abusive entities comprise less than 5% of our distribution   list, these individuals may in fact perform follow-up   at a more aggressive pace than actual recruiters and   employers would. This can create the illusion that more  spammers are receiving the purchaser's resume than  are genuine employers/recruiters. Purchaser understands  this out front, and accepts that a number of spam (junk mail)  responses are inevitable with any resume distribution   service. Purchaser accepts that this web site performs no  initial background check or screening of employers and  recruiters who join our resume distribution list.  If these terms are not acceptable, do not   continue with purchase.
